I've spent more than 20 years as a DJ and karaoke host — weddings, special events, school and graduation nights, themed parties, club nights, and resort events. That's over 2,000 gigs in all, from small private groups to crowds of 10,000+ people.

I was born and raised in the High Desert of Southern California, and I've managed nightclubs and resorts, earned a master's degree in the automotive industry, and picked up an FCC license along the way. Off the clock you'll find me building communication antennas, off-roading and dune riding, scuba diving, woodworking, editing graphics and photos, or tinkering with electronics and drones.

People ask how a guy born in the '70s keeps a dance floor full. Easy — I stay in tune with today's music and keep my finger on the heartbeat of the crowd. As an MC, host, and game designer, my job is simple: make sure your people have the night of their lives.

Behind every smooth-running DJJR event is Candice — my wife of 24 years and a DJ in her own right. She brings 25 years of business, bookkeeping, HR, and management experience to DJJR Entertainment.

She's a former general manager of multiple bank branches, a former commercial loan officer, and a sharp business analyst — which means your booking, contract, and event details are handled with bank-level precision.

And as anyone who's met her at a show will tell you, the great personality is the cherry on top. 😊

We've been married 24 years and have spent most of them behind the booth together. As a team we bring the complete package: Jason keeps the dance floor moving and the games running, and Candice keeps the business humming and the details dialed in.
